Show Human Service Advisory Council reorganized The Human Service Advisory Council is being reformed to better serve the needs of the Uintah Basin residents. The fifteen member Council will be made up of interested residents of Dag-gelt, Dag-gelt, Duchesne and Uintah Counties and will advise the county commissioners commis-sioners as to the effectiveness and the future directions to be taken by the Unified Social Services System in the Uintah Basin. Residents interested in being on the Council should contact the Social Service Ser-vice Planner, H. Crellin, Roosevelt, not later than the 15th of January. Prospective Prospec-tive council representatives should have a knowledge and interest in Social Services in the Basin but cannot be employed by any Social Service Agency. Agen-cy. They should also have a positive attitude at-titude toward maximum local participation par-ticipation and supervision of Social Services Ser-vices in the Uintah Basin "local people peo-ple know best' should become a byword by-word of an effective council, said Mr. Crellin. |
