Show City Court Action Here Reported City Judge Donald Crist was out of town part of the week to sit as District Judge pro-tern in another court, therefore action in Moab City Court was rather ra-ther light for the week. On Sept, 14, Ted Dean Brady appeared on a charge of failure to stop his vehicle on command of an officer. He was advised of his right to counsel, advised ad-vised of the charge of an inditable misdemeanor and he waived counsel and preliminary pre-liminary hearing and is scheduled to appear on October 13, in District Court on this charge. He posted bail of $250. A charge of DWI brought brou-ght Kenneth Begary to court on Sept. 14, and he plead guilty to the charge and was fined $200 or -i0 days in jail. Kee Charlie John, who was a companion compan-ion in the Begary car, also apeared on the 14th, and was charged with being intoxicated around an automobile au-tomobile and was fined $50 or 10 days in jail. Clyde Tate was represented repre-sented by Attorney Luke Pappas who was advised of the felony charge against ag-ainst Mr. Tate, for forgery. forg-ery. He is to appear in District Court for a preliminary pre-liminary hearing on September Sep-tember 21. |
