Show Notice to Water Users The following applications applic-ations have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate approp-riate water in Grand County, State of Utah, throughout the entire and nature of use of 0.015 sec. ft. of water as evidenced bv App. No. 40913 (05-823). The water was to have been diverted from a 6-inch well. 100 ft. deep at a point N. 250 ft. and Vv. 315 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 22, T26S, R22E; and used for the domestic domes-tic purposes of one family, fam-ily, stockwatering of 5 horses and 5 cattle; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation irrig-ation of 0.25 acs. in SE14SE14 Sec. 22, T26S. R22E. Hereafter, 0.015 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 10-inch well. 100-200 ft. deep at a point N. 1780 ft. and W. 60 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 22, T26S, R22E; and used for domestic dom-estic and stockwatering same as heretofore, and used for a swimming pool; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for the supplemental irrigation irrig-ation of 0.916 acs. but limited to the sole supply sup-ply of 0.25 acs. in NE 14SE14 Sec. 22.T26S, R22E. a-7318 (05-911) Paul S. Rattle, Jr. etux, 4177 Mathews Way, Salt Lake City, Utah 84117 proposes pro-poses to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 0.1 sec. ft. of water as evidenced ev-idenced by a deeded portion por-tion of App. No. 31660 (05-300) Cert. 6317. The water has been diverted from a 16 inch well, 104 ft. deep at a point N. 631 ft. and E. 315 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 23, T26S, R22E; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation irrig-ation of 0.666 acs. in SE14SE14 Sec. 22, SW14SW14 Sec. 23, T26S, R22E. Hereafter, 0.1 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted div-erted from a 10-inch well, 100-200 ft. deep at a point N. 1780 ft. and W. 60 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 22, T26S, R22E; and used for the domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering stockwater-ing of 5 horses and 5 cattle, and used for a swimming pool; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for the supplemental supple-mental irrigation of 0.916 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 0.666 acs. in NE14-SF.14 NE14-SF.14 Sec. 22, T26S, R22E. a-7325 (92-118) Don Wilcox, Green River, Utah 84525, proposes to change the point of diversion, div-ersion, place and nature of use of 4.0 sec. ft. of water out of a total of (1) 3.8 sec. ft. and (2) 0.22 sec. ft. of water as evidenced by Seg. App. No. 19336-b (92-176) (92-176) and Water Users Claim 92-118. The water wat-er has been diverted from the Green River at the following points: (1) N. 46de.30' W. 1970 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 10; (2) Elgin Ditch-N. 2090 ft. and W. 1670 ft. from El4 Cor. Sec. 3, both in T21S, R16E; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation irr-igation of 240 acs. in parts of Sec. 10,11, and 15: Lot 24. Sec. 3. all in T21S. R16E. Hereafter, 4.0 sec, ft of water vi to be diverted div-erted from the Green River at the following points: (1) N. 1100 ft. and W20 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 9; (2) N. 1920 ft. and W. 80 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 17, both in T20S,R16E; and used for the domestic purposes pur-poses of one family, stockwatering of 250 cattle; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental irrigation of 400 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 240 acs. in parts of Lots 6 and 7, Sec. 9, NE14NE14, S12NE-14; S12NE-14; SE14 Sec. 16, NE14 NE14; SE14 Sec. 21, NE14NE14 Sec. 28 all in T20S, R16E. Cooper, 456 N. 200 E., Price, Utah 84501 proposes to change the point of diversion, div-ersion, place and nature of use of 0.25 sec. ft. of water as evidenced bv Seg. App. No. 36946-a 05-883). The water has seen diverted from Mill Creek at a point N. 200 ft. and W. 100 ft. from El4 Cor. Sec. 2, T26S, R21E; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of 10.0 acs. in S12NE14. N-12SE14 N-12SE14 Sec. 2, T26S, R21E. Hereafter, 0.25 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from Mill Creek at the following" points: (1) N. 300 ft. from El4 Cor. Sec. 2; (2) N. 400 ft. and W. 200 ft. from El4 Cor. Sec. 2, both in T26S, R21E; and used for the stockwatering of 5 cattle; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of 10.0 acs. inSEl4NEl4Sec. 2, T26S, R21E. 42190 (05-912) Williams Wil-liams Energy Co., P.O. Box 3478, Tulsa Oklahoma Okla-homa 74101. 1.0 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted div-erted from two 16-inch wells, 100-200 ft. deep at the following points: (1) N. 135 ft. and E. 450 ft. from Sl4 Cor. Sec. 26; (2) S. 125 ft. and W. 655 ft. from Nl4 Cor. Sec. 35; both in T25S, R21E. The water wat-er will be stored from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 by means of two earthfilled dams 10 ft. high creating creat-ing reservoirs having a 30.0 ac. ft. capacity inudating 4.0 acs. in SE14SW14, SW14SE-14, SW14SE-14, Sec. 26, T25S, R21E; and used for industrial in-dustrial purposes for solution excavation of LPG storage facility and regulation of LPG storage stor-age in SW14SE14.SE-14SW14 SW14SE14.SE-14SW14 Sec. 26, NW-14 NW-14 NE14, NE14NW-14 NE14NW-14 Sec. 35, both T25S, R21E.
