Show Services Held Tuesday for Clyde White Funeral services were held in the Episcopal Church of Saint Francis Tuesday afternoon for Clyde White, who died Dec. 14 after a prolonged pro-longed illness, in the Grand Junction Veterans Hospital . Born August 25, 1913 in Hominy, Oklahoma, he married Ethel D. White who survives. She resides re-sides in Glen wood Springs, Colo. In his early ear-ly years, Clyde White worked in mines in the Silverton. Ouray, Tellu-ride Tellu-ride Colorado area. He moved to Moab about 19-57, 19-57, and worked here until un-til 1971. when he retired due to ill health. He was a veteran of World War II. Other survivors are sons, Paul Leon. Moab; John B., (ioblin Valley, Utah: and Robert L. Caine. Moab. an adopted adopt-ed son; daughters, Georgia Geor-gia Davis, Lodgepole, Neb.: and Pauline Stocks, Moab; a sister, Dorothy Miller, Tonkawa. Okla.; and 12 grandchildren, Moab. Rev. Sanford Hampton officiated at services, and the American Legion conducted military ceremonies cere-monies at Sunset Memorial Mem-orial Cemetery prior to buriaL |
