The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Griffin. The groom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Every. Miss Griffin chose a street-length street-length gown of yellow lace over satin for her wedding. She wore a yellow hat and matching shoes, and carried a traditional bridal bouquet. Matron of Honor was Mrs. Ann ('aider, who wore a blue gown with yellow accessories Rest Man was John Sullivan, of Iowa, a Navy buddy of the groom. Ushers were Stan Goodman and Fred Every. The bride's mother chose a two-piece beige dress with matching accessories for tier daughter's wedding; the n ther of the groom wore navy with while accessories. The Rev. Emil Bulla officiated offic-iated at the ceremony; Mrs. Margaret Simpson was at the organ. Floral arrangements of yellow daffodds and pussywillows, pus-sywillows, designed by Mrs. Pearl Taylor, carried out the bride's colors in the sanctuary and in Fellowship Hall, where the couple was honored at a reception after the wedding. A 3-tier wedding cake, decor ated with yellow roses and flanked by yellow tapers, centered the refreshment table. ta-ble. Assisting at the reception were Misses Sandy Bisco, Kay Madden. Rita Stoye and Dot-tie Dot-tie Byrd; also Mesdames Helen He-len Taylor, Lena Bradley, Pauline Grossman, Ann Ritchie Ritch-ie and Bunny Sherman. Out of town guests included includ-ed the groom's grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Every, of Delta; and Misses Linda Sue Geary, Rae Lynn Kinder and Ellen Jean Mathie, of Price. The new Mrs. Every is a graduate of Grand county high school and prior to her marriage attended the College Col-lege of Easieru Utah at Price. She has been an active member of the Junior Riding Club, and as Queen's attendant at-tendant was among the Can-yonlands Can-yonlands Rodeo royalty last year. She also served as Junior Jun-ior Princess for Job's Daughters, Daugh-ters, and has been an active member. Mr. Every is a graduate of Green River high school and attended the College of Southern South-ern Utah, in Cedar City. He is now serving a tour of duty with tli a U. S. Navy, and at the termination of his leave will report to Long Beach, California for assignment. |
