CITY OF BINGHAM CANYON. UTAH. An ordinance amending Sec-tion 2 of Ordinance No. 29 of the City of Bingham Canyon. Utah. Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Bingham Canyon, Utah: Section L.That the second par-agraph of Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2ii of the City of Bingham Dyeing Establishments". It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in, conduct, operate, car-ry on or manage the business of a Cleaning and Dyeing Establish-ment, including the business of soliciting orders or taking orders for services pertaining to a clean-ing and dyeing establishment without first procuring a license so to do. The annual license fee for engaging in such a business shall be "12.00". payable as are and prizes won by Mrs. Vcrl Pe terson, Mrs. John R. West and Mrs Raiford G. That a section here-inafter known as 242X3 to be in-cluded in Chapter X of the Re-vised Ordinances of the Town of Bingham Canyon and entitled "Licensing of Laundries" is hereby created and made to read as follows: "Section 242X3. Licensing of Laundries". It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in, con-duct, operate, carry on or man-age the business of a Laundry, including the business of solicit-ing orders or taking orders for services pertaining to a laundry without first procuring a license so to do. The annual license fee for engaging in such a business shall be "12.00", payable as are other commercial licensing. Councilman John W. Holmes made a motion that the foregoing ordinance be adopted. Councilman G, L. West sccond-le- d the motion. Canyon, bo amended by adding the word "tailors" to the list of professions or personal service businesses set forth in said sec-tion and by adding the figures "12.00" to the list of figures ap-pearing under the words "Lic-ense Fees", said figures "$12.00" to appear in said list opposite the word "tailors". Section 2. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 29 of the City of Bingham Canyon be further by deleting the words "Cleaning and Dyeing Establish-ments" and the word "laundries" from the list of professions or personal service businesses set forth in said section with the together figures $25.00 appearing under the words "License Fees" in said section and opposite the words "Cleaning and Dyeing Establishments" and the word "Laundries" respectively. Section 3. That a section here-inafter known as 242X2 to be included in Chupter X of the Re-vised Ordinances of 1930 of the Town of Bingham Canyon, Utah, and entitled "Licensing of Clean-ing and Dyeing Establishments" is hereby created and made to read as follows: "Section 242X2.
