Show YOUNGSTER S LIFE GROUND OUT-UNDER STREET CAR WHEELS Angus Glenn Price Killed Almost Instantly on Seventh East Angus Glenn Price, 10 years old, tLe j eldest son of Angus B. Price, 640; I'rigg avenue, was almo&t instantly j killed by a Wandamere street car at 4:'J0 o'clock Saturday afternoon, at 2HH1 South Seventh East street, in front of the home of Dr. David Andrew. An-drew. The car struck the boy on the back, rehdertng --Hint unconscious instantly. in-stantly. He died a few minutes later without regaining consciousness, and apparently did not suffer. Dr. Andrew was at home and hurried to the boy ndc, but the latter waa beyond httn;an aid. and died within a short time of the accident. J. K. Morris, grandfather of two young men who weTe struck by a Wanda Wan-da mere car about two weeks ago at I almost the same place, waa a witness 1 of the accident. Angus was walking with two boy companions in the track. Ho was dragged until the car stopped. Witnesses of the accident aay that thov consider the car crew blameless. Motorcvcle Patrolman Dan Grundvig went to the scene of the accident, though it occurred outside the city limits. lim-its. An inquest will not be held. Angus Glenn Price waa born at Draper Dra-per December 23. and had lived in this c.itv during the greater part of his life. He had been sent on an errand, er-rand, and contrary to bis usual custom, had walked in the ear tracks. The living members of the family are his parents and three younger brothers. The bov's funeral servicea will be held at 9 o'clock Tueedav afternoon at the funeral chapel of .1. W. Taylor. Burial will be in city cemetery. |
