Show ENTIRE FAMILY GOES ON LONCAUTO TRIP Clad la khaki. George Petarmann, Mrs. Petermann and their four children. Miss Mamie, George. Jr., Phillip and John, arrived ar-rived from Los Angeles last night oa the way to St. Paul. Their big six-oyllnder six-oyllnder car attracted much attention on Main street. It was covered with alkali dnat and loaded down with camp equipment equip-ment weighing 1600 pounds. Mr. Petermann says he believes this, with the six passengers. Is ths heaviest load that any transcontinsnlal tourist ever attempted to carry. The Petermanns left Los Angelas June 33. but when near Big Pine. Cel.. a broken differential delayed them four days. They were compelled to send to San Francisco for the repairs. At Mo-lave, Mo-lave, Cel.. they encountered the traditional tradi-tional ssndstorm. but they, have met with BO perilous adventures. Whenever possible they spend the nlrht ! some town, but on a long Journey like theirs that Is not slways possible, so they ke have plenty of equipment to make camp comfortable.
