X. Wood of this city. While none of the principals interested seems to want to discuss the.matter; there are a number num-ber of reasons given for this sudden turn In the affairs of the big copper proposition, proposi-tion, which was reputed to have a couple of million dollars worth of or blocked out in the underground workings. At the time of the taking over of this option by Hagenbarth, it was said that the price to be paid was 11,500,000, and that for the rights that had been acquired by Max Junghandle and Joseph E. Caine, it was claimed that Hagenbarth shelled out the neat sum of $50,000 cash. All who have Inspected the ground are of the opinion that it is destined to be one of the big red metal producers of the Yerington belt, and in the relinquishment relinquish-ment of his holdings it is claimed that Hagenbarth in no way easts any reflections reflec-tions on the merits of the property. In the meantime it is said that Max junghandle jung-handle has again taken the property on an option from the original owners, and has a deal on hand at the present time for the organisation of a large company, a part of the stock having been subscribed sub-scribed In Ban Francisco. This new organisation or-ganisation will not only take over the Ludwlg, but there are a number of other properties adjoining this that will be placed into an incorporation to be capitalised capital-ised for no less than $5,000,000. |
