Show NEW BOOK TO COST $125 FOR ONE COPY LONDON, March 19. The Hon. Lionel Walter Rothschild is soon to bring- out one of the costliest books on record. It will be Issued by the Hutchinsons. Tho book deals with extinct birds. The author, whose private natural history museum at Trlng park, Hertfordshire, is world famous, fa-mous, has spent about $100,000 upon the book and the Hutchinsons have spent more than $5000 for engraving blocks alone. As Rothschild wishes the work to endure for all time, being of the belief that the subject will never be taken up again, the firm of publishers have been experimenting to obtain an imperishable paper. The price of the book will be $125 a copy. |
