Show LEGION AT BINGHAM VOICES OPPOSITION TO CIGARETTE BILL BINGHAM. Feb. 17. With the re-cording re-cording of an opposing resolution on the Kouthwlck cUcaretle bill here last night by Bingham post No. 30 of the American legion, more than a score of posts in the state have voiced their disfavor of the movement whloh would forbid the sale of cigarettes and limit smoking.
