Mrs. Mary Brooks .leaded ruiltv yesterday to a charge of csrrvtng concealed weapons and was given a sus;ended sentence of five days in the city court. She testified that she rarrted the weaton because of living in a section of the city frequented by tmnsteots and rough characters. Mrs. Brooks was arrested on the complaint com-plaint of Mr. Hhumaker, who hd sought to ring the woman's children before the Juvenile court on the ground that she was not treating them properly. |
