Show COURT REVERSES ISLJYDECIS1 Wight Sets Aside County Jail Sentence Judse I B. Wight yesterday reversed the decision of Juvenile Court Judge Huro B. Anderson In finding Ed Tlnsley guilty of contributing to the delinquency of a Juvenile. In the lower court Tlnsley had been sentenced to serve a three-month sentence In the county Jail. That a married woman Is not a "Juvenile," "Ju-venile," despite the fact that ahe Is under 18 years of age, waa one of hla cauaea for reversing the . conviction, Judge Wight announced. The other waa a technical error In the Information Informa-tion as prepared by the Juvenile court. In that it did not allege that the girl In question waa a "delinquent" or that Tlnsley had contributed to her delinquency delin-quency by the acta charged agalnat him. The girl In question was but 17 years of age, although It waa brought out In the court that she had been legally married.
