It la reported I that when they find any livestock orj farming Implements on a ranch they I take, possession of the ' animals and the other articles. If the ranch owner i objects, he Is promptly hanged by ' lite Arleta followers. How many have met this fata waa not reported, but no Americans have been molested. It Is said.
