Show "Not Guilty" Open$ At Gem Today Not Guilty," a Sydney A. Franklin production pro-duction presented by Albert A. Kaufman and released by Associated First National Pictures, Inc., today opens a week's run st .the Gem theatre. In it appear Sylvia Bream er as Kisa ' Chetwood, Richard Dix as Paul and Arthur Ar-thur ElllFon, MoUy Malona as Margy Ellison, El-lison, Elinor Hancock as Mrs. Ellison. Herbert Prior as Neweli Craig. LJoyd Whit lock as Frank Mallow, Charles West as Herbert Welch and A lies Forbes as Virginia Caldwell. It is a drama of uncommon un-common appeal. Here Is a brief summary of the plot: Paul Klllaon. the son of wealthy parents, while supervising a railroad through the heart of the Adirondack!, has met and fallen in love with Klaa Chetwood, While out riding K leu's horse Is startled by the shock of an explosion and bolts. Paul spurs his horse after her and Just catches up wtth Klaa as her horse plunges over the cliff. He snatches her from the saddle sad-dle and a" she lies In his arms with ckwed eyes he talks feverlxhly to her of his love. She becomes conscious of what he Is saying, say-ing, and pulls away from him. telling him she is already engaged to be married. Paul returns to the bungslow where bin mother and sister are, and as he entire finds his twin brother. Arthur, there. Arthur Ar-thur tells Iaul hs is fleeing from Justice, having murdered a man.
