Show Nazis Charge Sabotage Drive to British BERLIN, Nov. 24 '(UP) The nazl press charged today that a world-wide plot ef murder and sabotage had been traced to the British Intelligence service through the confession of Captain Richard H. Stevens, one of the two British subjects arrested in connection with the Munich bombing. v The charges Included: 1. That British agents instigated bombings or other acts of sabotage on 15 German, Italian and Japanese Japa-nese ships during the Spanish war between November 18, 1937, and November 27, 1938, to "test the functioning of the extensive espionage espion-age organization." 2. That the first British ship involved in the long series of sabotage acta waa the liner Athe-nla, Athe-nla, sunk at the beginning of the war with th loss of 112 lives, including in-cluding several Americans, and that "it will doubtless be of esteemed es-teemed value for American authorities au-thorities once more to look info the 'Athcnla' case in th light of these new aspects." 3. That Captain Stevens had confessed that the British intelligence intelli-gence service maintained a unit called the "propaganda department" depart-ment" In the ground floor of the British Broadcasting company offices of-fices in London which was In reality real-ity a "sabotage division." 4.
