These newcomers to fame and fortune Included Robert Preston, William Holden, Patricia Morison, Betty Field, Susan Hayward, Jane Bryan, Prlsdlla Lane, Eddie Albert, Ann Sheridan, Brenda Marshall, Dennis Morgan, Jeffrey Lynn, Linda Darnell, Brenda Joyce, Tim Holt, Kathryn Adams, Barbara Reed. Virginia Vale, Maureen O'Hara, Edmond O'Brien. Greer Garson, Virginia Grey and those two amazing youngsters, Judy Garland Gar-land and Mickey Rooney. Young Mickey, In fact, has loomed up like a skyrocket. - Most of these, of course, are carrying the hopea of their studios for more and bigger successes In 1940. They seem to have what It takes.
