Show COURT STUDIES RIPARIAN SUIT The state supreme court, with three Justices replaced by district court Jurgea for this one case, Friday Fri-day took under advisement a 10-year-old action against Salt Lake City corporation, involving water rights In Big Cottonwood canyon. During the hearing justices were In the minority on the bench, with only Justices Ephraim Hanson and Martin M. Larson in their accustomed accus-tomed places. Their three colleagues had disqualified dis-qualified themselves. Chief Justice W. H. Folland because he was city attorney during an attempted settlement set-tlement of the case by the city; Justice D. W. Moffat, because he had represented a water company Involved, and Justice James H. Wolfe, because he presided at trial f the ault in Third district court Replacing them were Judges Roger I.
