Show Big Theater Program Scheduled by WPA NEW YORK. John McGee, associate national director, today disclosed plana for producing simultaneously in from 10 to 30 cities a new play Inspired by th sesquicentennial celebration of the United State constitution. The play will deal with early American struggles to establish a democratic government It Is being be-ing written by Paul Green, North Carolina university professor and Pulitzer nrize winner, whose drama- tizations of American pioneer life have won acclaim.
