Show Mayor Erwin Calls Meeting For Constitution Fete Plans KayoLE. B. Erwin Wednesday called a meeting (or 2:30 p. m. August Au-gust At the city and county building build-ing to plan Salt Lake City's part in a national obserranc September 17 of the 150th anniversary of the constitution. Mayor Erwin invited Dr. L. John Nuttmll Jr., superintendent of Salt Lake City schools: Charles H. Skid-more, Skid-more, stats superintendent of public pub-lic Instruction, and representatives of the following: Junior chamber of commerce. Daughters of the American Revolution, Sons of the American Revolution, Daughters of Utah Pioneers Sons of Utah Pioneers. Pio-neers. American Legion, United Spanish War Veterans, Business and Professional Women's club, Disabled American Veterans, Veterans Vet-erans of Foreign Wars and Salt Lake City Federation of Women's Clubs. The mayor already has named Sara D. Thurman, Mrs. Jessie F. Cannon and Lyls B. Nichols as a committee to direct the observance. |
