Notice Is hereby given that a special meeting of the atockholders of the Panama Pana-ma Sugar company will bs held at the office of-fice of the company, room 1114 Newhouse building, in Salt Lake City. Utah, on Monday, November 18, 1818, at 2 o'clock p. m. for the purpose of authorising an issue of .bonda secured by a trust deed upon all of the property and aseete of the corporation, such Issue to be from 3i0.rK0.oo to SMHi.000.00; also for the election of a board of directors.
