Billings WPA Woman Employe And Billings Marry BFNn, Kev, March 24 (UP) -Wsxrsa K- Billings, the -"forgotten man" of the Mooney-Billings case, and Miss Josephine Rudolph, a' W P A worker, were married here Monday in the chambers of District Judge B. T. Curler. Their marriage followed a romance ro-mance which began while Billings wss serving a life term in Folsom prison and Miss Rudolph began corresponding with him. Four or five friends, who refused re-fused to identify themselves, witnessed wit-nessed the ceremony, which wss performed here because there was some doubt whether the terms of Billings' release from a life sentence sen-tence In prison permitted his marrying in California.
