FRENCH REJECT RUSSfROTEST PARIS. Feb. g UT The French government was reported reliably today to have refused to consider a soviet Russian protest against a police raid Monday on the Rus-sisn Rus-sisn commercial office In Paris. Sources closs to the foreign office of-fice said the protest lodged by Soviet So-viet Ambassador Jakob Surlts 'could not be entertained, as neither the trade representatives nor the commercial offices hsd diplomatic Immunity. Three Russian commercial agents were held during the raid, foreign office sources said, but later were released. The reason for the raid was not disclosed officially, but some sources said they believed the action ac-tion to be part of the government's campaign to wipe out communist propaganda In France.
