Vi cup mild American cheese. Melt butter, sdd flour, cornstarch and gait; stir until well blended. Pour chicken stock in graduslly, stirring constsntly. Bring to boiling point snd boil S minutes. Add milk gradually and bring to boiling point agsin. Add egg yolks, slightly beaten. Butter eight crsb shells snd cover bottom with crsb meet Cover meet with sauce and sprinkle with cheese, grated.
