He attended the University of Utah and Stanford university, and was graduated grad-uated from tha latter school in 1916, entering private practice In Ogden Immediately afterward. From then until 192, Justice Pratt followed private practice in Ogden, except from 1917 to 1920, when he served In the U. 8. army. He Is a member of the Utah State Bar, an Inactive member of the California bar, a member of the American Bar association, a former secretary of tha Utah District Judgea' association, and concurrently concur-rently vice president of the latter group. |
