Cowles, dean of the lower division at the University of Utah Thursday announced that next Tuesday's regular freenman ' orientation assembly will be postponed post-poned to Wednesday at 11:10 a. m. because of a visit to the university f state legislators. Eighty-three members of the University Uni-versity concert band, directed by Bandmaster Clarence J. Hawkina, presented their seventh annual assembly as-sembly concert in Kingsbury hall at 11:30 a. m. Friday. Soloists were Emmet Herron, trombone; Chsrles Waring, cornet, and Lowell Smith, saxophone. |
