Davis Zoning Unit Prepares Plans FARMINGTON The roning committee of Davis county, appointed ap-pointed by the county commission-era commission-era early In September, la functioning func-tioning and preparing plans for thai beautlficatlon of the country, Amass Howard, committee chairman, chair-man, said Tuesday. The committee needs more backing, back-ing, more authorization, and sufficient suffi-cient funds to back the project, Mr. Howard declared. At present the committee contacts all those who apply for permits to construct public buildings. It is anticipated that later on such applicants will be required also to obtain permission permis-sion from the zoning committee before undertaking construction.
