e Utah Buildtrs Commltttt Ratifies Constitution Holding that unwarranted wage increases or labor disputes are not in the best Interest of the industry in-dustry or public, a constitution and by-laws Wednesday had been ratified by the joint committee representing labor and management manage-ment of Utah's building and construction con-struction Industry, according to J. H. McKean, eochairman. Preamble of the constitution also stated that the group realized that unwarranted price Increases will tend to discourage future building activities. Purpose of the group is to head off labor disputes, and, failing that, to work them out around the conference tahla.
