A sequel to a love long ago, but not forgotten, has developed In Bunker Hill, west of this city. A young man loved the girl who became be-came the wife of his brother. The blow was a hard one, and the young man became be-came a recluse. He did riot Bee his brother or any of his family for thirty years. One day he met a young woman who attracted his attention. He asked who she was, and was told that she was the daughter of his brother. The strong resemblance re-semblance of the mother, who was his sweetheart, affected him deeply. The girl married Frank Knight, who was prosperous for a few years, but he became an Invalid. The wife was brave, however, and worked to support herself and him. About this time Aaron Strong, the recluse, died at his home In Bunker Hill. A will was probated, and when the contents were made known It was learned that he was a wealthy man. The most startling thing about the will, however, was that he had bequeathed all his possessions to Mrs. Frank Knight, the daughter daugh-ter of his former love. ' ' |
