Show PERKINS DID WORK AND GETSTHE MONEY The question as to who should draw the salary for the first half of November Novem-ber as clerk of the Board of Public Works was settled by the Council last night. It was finally decided that Perkins, Per-kins, who did the work, was entitled to the money. Fernstrom and Eardley were the war horses opposing Perkins, while Thomas, Hewlett. Daveler and Sharp opposed Whlttaker. After quiet wasTestored, the appointment of Fred P. Kegler, the newly appointed clerk, was confirmed. |
