The 8ophs Had all the best of the play, but they certainly robbed the Juniors out of the second touchdown. The Sophs were lucky all the way through and the officials gave one of the finest exhibitions of Incapacity Incapaci-ty ever seen on a, local field. The Juniors received the kickoff and, after working the ball down twenty yards, were forced to punt. Owen, who caught the punt cleverly, evaded the ends and, aided by clever interference landed the ball on the Junior five-yard line, from which point Bryant went over for a touchdown on the next play. Marshall missed goal. In the second half an exchange of punts gave the Sophs the nail on the thirty-yard line. Two downs netted no gains, when the ball was given to Brown, who was tackled behind the line. Brown made a forward pass to Marshall, Mar-shall, who made twenty-five yards. Marshall then made the touchdown: The Juniors protested vigorously, but the officials stated that "they did not see the play." The game was stopped for a time, but the Juniors decided to play the game out after a wrangle. The officials are In the game for the purpose of seeing such plays, and their decision was one of the worst ever perpetrated. per-petrated. Their statement was an admission ad-mission of incapacity, and they should never be allowed to officiate at another game. The line-up: Juniors. ' Sophomores.
