Jury Out Till Midnight t After deliberating seven hour and a half and casting fifteen ballots, the jury in the Frank Rose murder case brought In a verdict of guilty of murder In the first degree. ' The first ballot cast stood nine for murder In the firsts degree, two for murder in the first degree with the recommendation to mercy and on for acquittal. Rose was taken from the county jail in a cab to the courtroom.
