Show BIG SUPPLY-HOUSE CHANGES OWNERSHIP The Mine and Smelter Supply company, the largest mining machinery and supply company west of Chicago, with headquarters head-quarters In Denver and branch houses In Salt Lake, El Paso, Tex., and the City of Mexico, has changed management. John S. and R. J. Cary, who formerly controlled the concern, retired some days ago, selling out their stock to Joseph Seep, Albert Seep and J. H. Fnne?sy. The new owners at once asnumed control and elected the following officers: J. H. Fennessy, president: Albert H. Seep, vice-president; vice-president; 11. E. Fiske, secretary, and C. M. Tlbbits, general manager. Tibblts was assistant general manager of the old company,- but when the new management came mto control he was made manager and his former office abolished. The company was organized eight years ago. |
