Hunt In ths United States court hers today overruled th. demurrer, of ths defendants de-fendants to ths indictments In ths esse, of the United States against R. M. Cobban, Cob-ban, J. B. Cattlln and many others for subornation' of perjury and perjury In connection with timber land entries in Western' Montana, and the accused will now have to come on for trial. There are twelve Indictments for subornation subor-nation of perjury and ninety for perjury. Included In the defendants are many set tiers in Powell and Missoula counties, who are alleged to have mads false oatb in proving up on their timber lands which were afterwards acquired by Senator W.
