Show TRYING TO WORK UP INTEREST IN FOOTBALL r , Coach Haddock of the U. of TJ. has had 'so much trouble in getting material out for the team that he has at last hit upon the, scheme of framing up class football games in order to get up interest inter-est In the game, get the men out and leave them in slightly better shape than most of the green material which he has been forced to use. All the teams have elected captains and managers, and the ' seniors have already turned out for practice. The captains and managers will meet this week and arrange ar-range a schedule of games. This scheme is a good one and ought to have the required effect on the number num-ber of candidates trying for the 'Varsity 'Var-sity team. Coach Haddock was out in football clothes for the first time since he came here on Tuesday, and' says that he is going to give the team hard work from fcow on, and win start teaching them complicated formations and plays.
