Show CREDITORS WILL ASK . RETURN OF TITHING At the meeting of the creditors of the defunct Schettler bank Tuesday night It waa decided to draw up a petition to the first presidency of the Mormon church, asking that the tithing paid by ex-Banker Schettler be returned to the assets of the bank. A committee composed of Peter Han-sen, Han-sen, John Beck, F. B., HalU Hyrum Smith and J. I. Bell was appointed to secure attorneys to take up the- cases of the creditors against Mr. Schettler. Attorney George Moyer was present at the meeting and offered to take the cases without pay. His offer was not acted upon. |
