Show WIFE SEEKS TO GET DIVORCE AND ALIMONY Dela Clays filed an action for divorce In the District court Wednesday against Mason V. Clays. The complaint com-plaint alleges that for more than two years the defendant had failed to provide pro-vide her with the common necessaries of life, althoush he Is able to do so. The plaintiff further alleges that Clays is half owner of-a certain clubroom In-Eingham In-Eingham which has a value of $5000, and that he has money In the bank, for which a restraining order is asked to prevent him from withdrawing the same. The plaintiff asks for a decree of divorce, di-vorce, $200 attorneys' fees and cost of suit and $100 a month alimony. The couple were married in Salt Lake City November 22. 1902. |
