New Tork Central rose 1 and Smelting. Colorado Fuel and the Erles about a point. Later selling of Union Pacific affected the general western group and the market reacted to the lowest. Nashville. Chat-tanooga Chat-tanooga ft St Louis declined 8 points. The heaviest of the market was relieved by the smart bidding up of Reading to 81ft and New York Central touched 146.
