Show PLEASING TO ROOSEVELT Wild West Exhibit at Cheyenne Just to the President's Liking. CHEYENNE, Wyo., June L The Wild West exhibit given in honor of President Roosevelt at Frontier park this morning- was the most successful event of the kind ever given in the State. Not an accident of any kind occurred oc-curred to mar the pleasure of the occasion. occa-sion. The President arrived on the scene about o'clock, as fresh as a daisy, showing- no effects of his ninety-mile ninety-mile range riding of the previous forty-eight forty-eight hours. The first event was the presentation to the President of the beautiful sorrel single-footer gelding- Ragalon, supplemented supple-mented by a complete riding- outfit, consisting- of a gold-mounted saddle valued at $400, spurs, etc. The present was the grift of the people of Cheyenne and Douglas, and was tendered by Senator Sen-ator Warren. The President responded in a typical vein, saying- it was the best riding animal he had been astride and asking- permission of the people of the State to rechrlsten the animal "Wyoming." "Wyo-ming." . The beautiful animal, at tbe command of Senator Warren, fell on his knees and saluted his new owner. At the conclusion of the wild horse race, the second event. President Roosevelt turned to Secretary Wilson and remarked: "That is the finest exhibition ex-hibition of riding I ever witnessed.
