Aa act making It weiawful to injure, obstruct or destroy any line erected erect-ed or constructed for the transmission of electrical em-rent or appurtenance or appliances connected therewith; or to remove, Injure or destroy any house, shop building, or other structure, or machinery connected therewith; or te set any fires that shall result in such injury or destruction; or to prevent the removal re-moval of any obstruction to such lines, and prescribing punishment therefor. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Utah. - Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person willfully or maUdoosiy, to take down, remove, injure, obstruct, displace or destroy any line erected or constructed for the transmission of electrical current, or any poles, wires, conduits, cables, insulators, or any support upon which wires or cables may be suspended, er any part of any such line, or appurtenaooes or apparatos connected therewith, or to sever any wtre or cable thereof, or In aay manner Interrupt the transmission of electrical current ever and along any such line: or to take down, remore.
