Show . COAL LAND PATENTED. Ownership to 4320 acres of splendid coal land in Emery county, Utah, has been allowed recently by the Utah State Board of Equalization, which has entered the same for taxation, amounting amount-ing to $921.20 this year. j Most of these, tracts are in Emery canyon, and twenty -three sections--the bulk of it belongs to the Freed syndicate, syndi-cate, of which Lester D. Freed o Salt Lake is president. Patents to this land were issued some months ago, but for reasons well understood, un-derstood, the patents to tho land bad not been entered for record till within the past few days. Associated with Lester D. Freed are the following Salt Lake City parties: Claude W. Freed, Bnth Freed, Louise Freed, Charles M. Freed, Ellis C. Freed, Hyrum A. Leipsiger and wife, Dave F. Black, Jennie Snyder, Leila Snyder, Bismarck Snyder, Brigham L. Suvder, Crayton Snyder, Samuel M. Levy.'Car-rie Levy.'Car-rie Levy, Rose Ievv, Lillian Levy, Thomas L. Riley, William K.
