A little girl In red, so little that she has not mastered the intricate art of dressing herself unassisted, un-assisted, started yesterday from Jersey City for the home of her mother and father In Bismarck. She carried a Maltese kitten in her arrrs; candy was sticking out all over her like prismatic quills, and whenever she moved about silver sil-ver coins of all kinds in her pockets made her jingle like a sleigh. She is Freda Petroska of Warsaw, Poland. Po-land. 5 years of age.' Her father and mother came here three years ago and bought a farm in North Dakota, leaving Freda with her grandmother. After they had got the farm into good shape and paying they sent for Freda. She took passage in the steerage of the Hamburg-American . liner Moltke, but when the cabin passengers heard about her traveling all alone and tagged for her destination as all lone baby voyagers are, they asked permission to bring her up Into In-to the cabin, which the captain granted.
