A Young 40 East Seventeenth South street to the city jail Young was arrested on liquor possession possession pos pos- session charges July 18 1932 pleaded guilty and nd on July 30 was sentenced to serve 35 days das in jail or pay a fine He appealed to the district court but the case was remitted to police court recently and late Tuesday Joseph A. A Hyland clerk of the court had Young committed to jail to serve his tiis sentence
