Federal Grand JU Jury Jury- 7 Pledged to Secrecy Members of the federal grand jury were warned by Judge Tillman Tillman Till Till- man D. D Johnson to preserve secrecy regarding the proceedings wherein the jurors will investigate some Borne thirty cases Involving alleged violations violations vio yb- lations of the federal statutes The grand jurors were sworn In r TJ morning and V W. J. J Parker f 1 f Ogden was appointed foreman The jurors were also Instructed not to reveal any subject discussed in the sessions and especially to keep secret cases In which the subject subject sub sub- jett Is not indicted because Judge Johnson sald said the injustice to the innocent Is evident Other members of the grand jury who will f serve erve with Mr Parker are John W.
