Killing frosts are reported this morning from central and northwestern north-western Iowa, two weeks earlier, from Denver three weeks Earlier, from northern Nebruka threedaya earlier than any previously heard of. Light frost are reported from other portions of Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas aud. Northern Missouri. Frot warnings were rent yesterday to northwestern Iowa aud Dakota, and this morning were Issued for grain and tobacco districts of Wis cousin, and the tobacco districts of Missouri, western Kentucky and northwestern Tennessee. St. P.UL,SepL, 13. Last night' frot was general throughout the Norlliwut, and in tome places snow again fell. Three Inches of snon fell near lllsman.k, aud A'hlaud, Wis , reports two inches last night, but little damage was done. 1-ite garden truck suffered somewhit.
