Show Black Hawk Encampment Opens July 2129 at Monroe Everything is in readiness for the big state Black Hawk encampment at Monroe, announced Alma Fullmer, Full-mer, state commander of the organization and all Springville citizens are given a special invitation to attend. Sunday, July 24 a sacred pageant pag-eant at 8 p.m. on the park will be the principal feature attraction of ' the opening day. Monday beginning at 10 a.m. the host camp, Monroe will start the week's camp programs out, followed fol-lowed by other post programs. The climaxing event of the day will be the Fire-eaters and trapeze performers from San Franciso. There will be a big dance also. Tuesday the Moroni and Monroe posts will give programs an dat 6 p.m. the mammoth parade will be held with all southern Utah cities in the area assisting. The Ute Ranger's Ran-ger's Sho-deo will be a featured event during the evening. Wednesday several more programs pro-grams will be given from Cedar City, Payson and Fairview. A pageant pag-eant at 8 p.m. will also be given. Thursday Springville post will furnish their program at 4 p.m. Also listed for programs during the day are Sp. Fork, Santaquin, and Lehi. A dance will be held during the evening. Friday's schedule calls for miscellaneous mis-cellaneous programs from .other posts. Election of state officers will be held. A large pine arena with seating capacity for 2000 has been built and public address systems installed. in-stalled. Utah Expositions shows and carnival will be there.
