Show Repubicans Plan First Lincoln Day Banquet Don B. Colton To Give Address At Function Scheduled For . Wednesday, Feb. 12, In Fourth Ward Elaborate plans are going forward under direction of the Springville Republican committee for the first Lincoln Day banquet and program, scheduled for next Wed nesday, February 12, in the Fourth ward Amusement hall. Don B. Colton, who ran for the position of governor on the Republican Repub-lican ticket, is to give the keynote address of the evening. D. K. Moffit, secretary of the Republican Republi-can State Central Committee, will represent the state organization at the fete, which will begin at 7:30 p. m. Inasmuch as this is the first event of its kind held in this city, it is expected that all loyal party members will make an effort to be present, said Blaine Thorpe, chairman of the Springville Republican Re-publican organization, who is general gen-eral chairman of arrangements.
