Show 'Reports and Problems Discussed At Recreation Meet Monday At a meeting of the city recreation recrea-tion board, together with representatives repre-sentatives from each of the civic organizations and clubs, held Monday Mon-day night, it was decided to have the various clubs work together in promoting a winter's recreation recrea-tion program. Also the discussion of the ball diamond and a report of the committee investigating it was given. Other reports from the various representatives and recreation recrea-tion leaders were given and showed show-ed the city is well on its way to a better recreation program. Summer Sum-mer activities have been well handled with many participating. It was pointed out at the meeting meet-ing that the tennis courts have been sanctioned by the city council coun-cil for lighting and that the work is to be done immediately. Also a winter's basketball program is being studied. In regards to the ball park situation, situ-ation, it was pointed out that all representatives should contact their respective groups and seek a written consensus of opinion from the group relative to whether a new park should be purchased and developed or whether the present site should be maintained and developed. de-veloped.
