Show ORDINANCE AN APPROPRIATION' ORDINANCE GOVERNING THE EXPENDITURES EXPENDI-TURES OF SPRING VILLE FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR, 1944. I WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Recorder of Springville have heretofore prepared a budget for Springville for the year 1944, and : due notice as required by law has been given of the meeting for the ( adoption of such budget and said budget has been by the City Council of Springville, approved and adopted. NOW THEREFORE: the City Councd of Springville ordains: That in accordance with said budget as adopted and for the purpose pur-pose of governing the expenditures of Springville for the year 1944, therebe, and there is hereby appropriated as expendable revenue by the City of Springville for the year 1944, for each purpose and fund hereinafter mentioned, the sum set opposite to-wit: General Fund 536,381.28 State B & C Road Fund 3,785.00 Streets and Walks Fund 9,403.62 Waterworks Fund 9,610.00 Irrigation Fund 2,100.00 Electric Light Fund 33,165.00 Library Maintenance Fund 2,828.54 Bond Interest Fund 1,180.00 Waterworks Bond Sinking Fund 8,000.00 Abutters Portion St. Pav. Dist. No. 2 Fund 1,956.92 Sewer Fund 10,725.00 Electric Light & Waterworks Bond Fund 12,895.00 Art Building Fund 1,885.69 Sidewalk Paving Dist. No. 3 Fund 550.00 $134,446.05 This ordinance shall go into full force and effect on it's passage and as provided by law.
