Show SCHOOL CENSUS SHOWS INCREASE Twenty-one more children of school age, between the ages of 6 and 18. reside in Nebn scbnnl rtto. trlct this year, as compared with 1939. The results of the school census completed for the board of education this year show a total of 6038 children, which is an increase in-crease of 21 over 1939, which showed a total of 6017. The increases and decreases over last year's census are as follows: fol-lows: Benjamin, decrease 16; Birdseye, increase 3; Colton, decrease de-crease 3; Dividend, decrease 17; Genola, increase 1; Goshen, increase in-crease 8; Lake Shore, decrease 8; Leland, decrease 19; Mapleton, decrease 11; Palmyra, decrease 8; Payson, increase 11; Salem, decrease 2; Santaquin, increase 6; Spring Lake, increase 15; Spanish Span-ish Fork, Increase 14; Springville, increase 42; Thistle, increase 5. |
